Okay, so if you ever saw any of the Bourne movies (Bourne Supremecy, Bourne Identity, Bourne Ultimatum), you know how Jason has that ridiculously cool sense of direction, and how he can spot the guy with the gun in a crowd of 5,000 in like 2 seconds? Yeah, well I had a dream that I kinda had those powers, too. It was soo kool. I’m gonna work on posting the entire thing. It will take a while though. I woke up somewhere between Switzerland and London, but I made myself go back to sleep and keep dreaming the same thing because I liked it sooooo much.

We had a 2 hour delay again. I was hoping for no school =[. Here was our schedule:
10- Get into school
10:30- Prayers
10:40- Spelling/Vocabulary Test
10:55- Christmas Pageant practice…**yippee**
11:40- Art Club/Lunch
12:30- Social Studies test
1:15- Christmas Pageant Practice…another long period of silence, getting in trouble for talking, and holding my hands like an angel
2:20- Back in the classroom, packing up, goofing around, talking, etc…
2:40- Bus rooms
2:50- Bus leaves school
3:15- Get home
3:30- Finish shovelling driveway
the rest is just getting changed, eating a cookie, plugging in our blow-up snowglobe (which is in the back by the pool, I love it but dad hates it, so we compromised), and writing this. pce ♥ gap

i ♥ SnOw!

I love the snow! Today was the first snow closing of the year! I was soo excited when I heard it on the radio thismorning at 6 am, that I turned the radio up so evryone could hear and said WE HAVE NO SCHOOL! WOOOOT WOOOOOT! okay, so I didn’t actually “wooooot,” but you get the point. I got out of bed at 9-ish, then i made my mom and myself some porrige ( I put maple syrup and walnuts on mine….mmmmmmmm =]), and I made us hot chocolate. Then we watched a movie (Deep Blue Sea), and me and Mike went out to shovel. There was about 4 inches of snow when me and Mike shovelled, and by the time we finished, there was another 1/2 inch where we started. We went inside anyway, and played my favorite board game of all time: Stratego. Then we made peanut blossom cookies and layed around the house. Then dad got home, and I made the smallest, tastiest chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever made. They’re also ridiculously easy to make. Then mom put the lights on the tree (This is the first year we put only white, and I have asked that we do that for several years. I’m so happy!), and dad made a fire. It feels very Christmasy. Then, well, I wrote this!
Oh yeah, and we all got our hair cut yesterday. I get almost the sam thing everytime: layers and angled in the front. BNut this time, I asked for alot more layers, and boy did Maria put alot of layers. I like the way she parted it, too. Maria always does a nice job. She even used to do my dad’s hair when he was little. That was a long time ago. LOL, nah, my dad’s only 40. My mom’s the old one. jk. She’s 42. They’re some of the younger parents in my grade. pce outi grl scouti (hehe marielle)

Beginning of Christmas Season

For me, the Christmas Season has officially begun. Today, me, Mom, Sam, & Mike went to Church, then we met dad (who was hunting) and Nonni & Opa (we asked them at Chrurch) at the 84 Diner for breakfast. Then we came home, and Mom, Dad, and the boys went to the boys’ 2 basketball games while I stayed home and made cookies! I made Chocolate filled pinwheels (mmm). I had some issues with my double boiler system, but it all worked out. I also couldn’t find the vanilla extract, so I used the lemon and almond…sounds good, right? Anywayy, then everyone else came home at around 3:30 and we went to get our tree! We went to the same place that me, Dad, and Sam (Mike was really sick) went last year. It’s a really cute little place on the Appalachain Trail with cookies and candy canes inside and it’s all worm & cozy and Christmasy. Then we went to find a place to eat in Pauling, but we ended up at Subway. Then we came home and me, dad, and Sam went to get a couple things at A&P and now I’m writing this. It’s the official start of Christmas for me because A) I had a candy cane. B) We got the tree. C) We drove around as a famiy listening to Christmas music. D) We saw all the Christmas lights and decorations on our drive. E) It’s frickin’ cold out.

I don’t want a lot for Christmas
There’s just one thing I need
I don’t care about the presents
Underneath the Christmas tree
I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
All I want for Christmas is…

I don’t want a lot for Christmas
There’s just one thing I need
I don’t care about the presents
Underneath the Christmas tree
I don’t need to hang my stocking
There upon the fireplace
Santa Claus won’t make me happy
With a toy on Christmas day
I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
All I want for Christmas is you

You baby

I won’t ask for much this Christmas
I won’t even wish for snow
I’m just gonna keep on waiting
Underneath the mistletoe
I won’t make a list and send it
To the North Pole for Saint Nick
I won’t even stay awake to
Hear those magic reindeers click
‘Cause I just want you here tonight
Holding on to me so tight
What more can I do
Baby all I want for Christmas is you
Ooh baby

All the lights are shining
So brightly everywhere
And the sound of children’s
Laughter fills the air
And everyone is singing
I hear those sleigh bells ringing
Santa won’t you bring me
the one I really need
Won’t you please bring my baby to me…

Oh I don’t want a lot for Christmas
This is all I’m asking for
I just want to see my baby
Standing right outside my door
Oh I just want you for my own
More than you could ever know
Make my wish come true
Baby all I want for Christmas is…

All I want for Christmas is you… baby

~ The BEST Christmas Song Ever

I listen to this on repeat all Christmas.
